TKVION Hunter - Privacy Policy

TKVION Hunter (the "Extension") is a Chrome browser extension published by TKVION for use by its own recruiters/appliers. It works alongside the TKVION job-hunting platform at bd.tkvion.com ("the Platform"). This page explains what data the Extension collects, why, and how it's used. The Extension is not available to the general public - it's an internal tool for TKVION's own team - but this policy is published here to meet the Chrome Web Store's disclosure requirements.

What the Extension does

When you're signed in and browsing a job posting (on LinkedIn, Indeed, SimplyHired, ZipRecruiter, or any site that exposes structured job data), the Extension reads that job's title, company, location, and description directly from the page, and shows a small badge with a fit-score against your own resume(s) already on file in the Platform. If the job looks like a good match, it can add the job to the shared Platform for your team.

Data we collect

The Extension does not collect health information, financial/payment information, personal communications (emails, chats), precise location/GPS data, or user-activity signals like keystrokes, mouse movement, or scroll behavior. The content script only reads the static, already-rendered text of a job posting - it does not monitor your browsing beyond that.

How data is used and shared

• All data collected by the Extension is sent only to TKVION's own backend at bd.tkvion.com - it is never sent to, sold to, or shared with any third party.
• Data is used solely to operate the Platform's job-matching and job-capture features for TKVION's own team - never for advertising, credit/lending decisions, or any purpose unrelated to that.
• The Extension does not use remote code - all logic ships inside the installed package; network requests only exchange data (JSON), never executable code.

Data retention and access

Your session token and username are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) until you sign out or uninstall the Extension. Job and account data sent to the Platform is retained under the same policies as the rest of the TKVION Platform, and is only accessible to authorized TKVION staff.
